I truly believe every mom needs to have at least one reliable FROM SCRATCH Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe.
It can be from the back of the chocolate chip bag, or it can be the recipe passed down from your great great great great aunt.
Regardless of where your recipe originates…it’s one of those recipes that you will be remembered for when you are long gone.
Your children will remember you making these cookies and their memories will be fond. Even if they were mostly burnt.
Even if they were undercooked.
They’ll remember they were made with love.
This chocolate chip cookie recipe is one that I use often. It’s simple and basic.
Just the way I like my recipes.

We love chocolate cookies at our house. These look yummy. What’s the texture like on them? I might have to give them a try to change things up from our normal recipe a bit.
