• 12 oz angel hair pasta
  • ¼ cup (about 1 good sized lemon) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 lb cooked medium shrimp (if you have uncooked, that's fine. Already cooked makes this an easy 10 minute lunch though)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • salt &; pepper to taste
  1. Boil your angel hair pasta to al dente in salted water. I split my dry noodles in half before I put them in the water.
  2. Meanwhile, melt your butter in a large pan. Add the garlic and cook until nice and fragrant.
  3. Now you will either cook or warm your shrimp in the yummy buttery/garlic goodness.
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Drain your pasta completely and add the drained pasta to your shrimp
  6. Add the lemon juice and sprinkle with the basil. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until thickened.
  8. Taste test to see if you need more salt & pepper.
  9. Serve!
