How do you stay motivated to lose weight?
I’m not going to lie, I’m struggling lately!
I know part of the issue is that I need to get my thyroid re-checked, but I’m so sick of feeling so sluggish.

I was successful with Weight Watchers in the past, but I was also super motivated and did not have my own children at the time (I lost 40 lbs * before my wedding using Weight Watchers).
I’m not looking for tough love here, in fact that would probably push me in the opposite direction?
Maybe just some encouragement and some practical solutions for helping with motivation and discipline?
